Class suitability

Training classes may not be a suitable learning environment for some dogs. If your dog is excessively vocal or shows signs of fear, this will be disruptive and stressful to yourself, your dog and the rest of the class, and everyone will struggle to learn. If you book on the class and I decide your dog is unsuitable, you will be offered private sessions up to the value paid and keep full access to the online platform and included resources for one year from enrollment.

Cancellation policy

Payment confirms your booking on the Ingenious Puppy Class and will provide you with immediate access to the welcome package (puppy raising guide, enrichment guide, developmental chart, training log, guide to training treats).

A partial refund may be issued based on the client giving written notice of their wish to cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the class starting date (£50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund).

A refund is not possible for cancellations after the class starting date, however the client may keep access to the online platform and included resources for one year from the start of the puppy class.
