Treibball Introductory Class - September 2025

Course Summary
Treibball is a dog sport from Germany that was originally designed to provide herding enrichment.
It has since gained in popularity as a dog training discipline which focuses on teamwork, clear cues and fun!
In Treibball, a dog must herd 8 yoga-style inflatable balls completely through verbal directions from their handler. The handler stands in front of a goal, and without physically interfering, must guide their dog to herd each ball into the goal.
This dog sport is low-impact and best suited for dogs from adolescence to old age.

- Sending to station, dog bed or mat
- Hand targeting
- Stop
